Rewind North have announced their all-star line up for 2020!

Opening the festival is Queen Symphonic. Celebrating 50 years since the formation of rock legends Queen, a full symphony Orchestra will perform some of the band’s greatest hits including ‘Radio Gaga’, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and many more.

Joining Saturday’s line-up are iconic artists including Billy Ocean, Altered Images, Katrina from Katrina & The Waves, The Trevor Horn Band, Nick Hayward, Grandmaster Flash, Roland Gift, Nik Kershaw and Hue & Cry.

Headlining the Saturday night is Jimmy Sommerville’s Big Band-Tastic Boogie! Created especially for Rewind Festivals, Jimmy Sommerville and a big band will perform huge hits including the 1986 no.1 single ‘Don’t Leave me this Way’ with special guest Sarah Jane Morris.

The fun and the music doesn’t stop there, as Sunday has another incredible line-up including Bananarama, Heather Small, Go West, China Crisis, Shalamar, The Christians, Thompson Twin’s Tom Bailey, John Parr, Pete Wylie and Heaven 17.

Wet Wet Wet close the festival on Sunday. Making their Rewind Festival Debut, frontman Kevin Simm said “We’re very excited to play Rewind for the first time, it looks like a lot of fun!”

Back for it’s 7th year, Rewind North will return to Capesthorne Hall, Cheshire from Friday 31st July – Sunday 2nd August 2020.

All new for 2020 is the Club Tropicana Big Top, where you can listen to star DJs throughout the weekend or chill out watching classic 80s videos, documentaries and 80s film footage.

There’s also a brand-new street food area, funfair, themed bars and more.

Families can also relax in the kids zone throughout the weekend.

If that wasn’t enough, Rewind North have brought back by popular demand, the infamous Inflatable Church and Silent Disco!
