Guns n’ Roses’ Duff McKagen has announced a 2019 European Tour.

The tour will begin on 22nd August in Poland and continues through September.

This includes two UK concerts, including London’s Islington Assembly Hall on Thursday 29th August and Manchester’s Academy 3 on Sunday 1st September.

The tour follows the release of Duff McKagen’s new solo album, Tenderness, on 31st May 2019.

Tenderness was produced by and features Grammy Award Winner Shooter Jennings. McKagen will also be joined by Shooter Jennings and band throughout the European tour.

Speaking of new song ‘Don’t look behind you’ from Tenderness, McKagen commented that:

“Don’t look behind you was truly inspired by a sense of peace that washed over me after a few months of turning off the TV and social media.

It was also inspired by the sense of real community I felt while travelling and talking to people around the world on tour during this somewhat tenuous time. The song seemed to be the final summation that rang loudly from the topics on Tenderness”.

McKagen has teamed with non-profit organisations for a Social Cause Campaign, which puts the album’s themes into action.

As part of the Campaign, McKagen has invited fans to join him in supporting the work of organisations such as Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, 320 Changes Direction and To Write Love on Her Arms, among others.

Tenderness is released on 31st May 2019.

European concerts dates are on sale now.
